HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDERS?
We use our vinyl transfer machine to create custom or one-off t-shirt prints. However, if you wish to have a screen print t-shirt our minimums are as follows: A one colour design has a minimum of 20 units, a two colour design has a minimum of 30, a three colour screen print has a minimum of 40 units.
We have a minimum run quantity to ensure set up times are covered and to assist you in covering all the set up costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Within 15 days of delivery, you may return any un-printed/customised item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship the bulk of our goods using New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us by sending us an email.. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Please allow up to 10-15 working days for any overseas orders.
Unless specified otherwise, quotations are valid for up to 20 days and are subject to variation. Some costs are unknowable until production takes place (for example, the number of stitches in an embroidery or additional artwork requirements). While we endeavour to bill on quotations, variations are possible. Unless specified on our invoice, all prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, freight costs and insurance charges, all of which the Buyer must pay.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices effective at time of invoicing. Printing + reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics.
FOR THE BEST QUALITY WE RECOMMEND VECTOR FILES FROM: ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
AI, EPS, PDF (BASED OFF VECTORS).
WE CAN USE ANY FILE, BUT THIS WILL COME AT ADDITIONAL FILE PREPARATION COSTS.
WE DO NOT EXCEPT PHOTOS & DESIGNS IN A WORD DOCUMENT.
WE RECOMMEND ALL FILES ARE 300DPI FOR BEST PRINT QUALITY
ALL FONTS WILL NEED TO BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES/CURVES OR THE ORIGINAL FONT FILES ATTACHED & EMAILED.
TO CONVERT FONTS TO OUTLINES IN ILLUSTRATOR, CHOOSE TYPE > CREATE OUTLINES. FONT FILES CAN BE FOUND IN LIBRARY/FONTS ON A MAC, OR WINDOWS/FONTS ON A PC.
PLEASE EMBED ALL IMAGES, WE EXCEPT JPG FILES FOR IMAGES ONLY & 300DPI FOR BEST PRINT QUALITY.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE ELECTRONIC IMAGE FILES WE CAN SCAN YOUR IMAGE FOR YOU.
WE ALSO OFFER AN IN-HOUSE DESIGN SERVICE TO HELP YOU WITH ALL YOUR DESIGN NEEDS. OUR GRAPHIC DESIGNER WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOU GET THE RESULTS YOU REQUIRE.
WE CAN MODIFY EXISTING ARTWORK OR CREATE A NEW DESIGN WITH AN OPTION TO FIT EVERYONE’S BUDGET.
